Sun Valley!
Mike and Judi headed out for a four day weekend in Sun Valley with best friends:Swensons, Smiths, Bradleys,Tingeys, and Spencers! As usual - our adventures turn out to be "near death experiences"... Every force of nature seemed to want to thwart our ski days: Gale force winds, fog, rain, cement snow, and zero visibility! And...as usual...we started laughing when we said hi, and kept laughing until the last person was dropped off at home. Love these guys, and we are so thankful for our long, warm, wonderful, enduring and somewhat crazy friendships....
It's good to be Sophie...
Sophie took 6 of her best friends up to Midway for a "Pizza/sledding/nosleeping/giggling pre-birthday party!!!
Sophie performed in "Federation" at the University of Utah Libby Music Hall!
Sophie took 15 of her best friends to Classic Skating for a wild and sweaty 3 hours of: too much pizza, wild games, laser quest, bouncing room, skating and general mayhem!!! Happy 12th birthday Soph!!!!
Mike's great friend and brother...off to Barcelona.
Mike's dear friend/brother and first counselor in the Stake Presidency- Mark Pace- got called to serve as mission president in Barcelona. Along with Paul Stringham (Henry Eyring look-a-like!) these three have been down a long and wonderful road together. This sober picture doesn't do remote justice to the fun they have together- the practical jokes and jabs- the constant laughter and joy as well as the quiet spiritual moments they have had in serving together. We will miss Mark tremendously, but keep the memories and the friendship forever...
