| Mike, Judi, Sophie and Emily headed up to SunValley for a week of biking, hiking,swimming, and general hanging out. We rode our bikes to Hailey for a shake at Shorty's. Sophie made the 15 mile ride, but almost dissolved around mile 13. We missed all our family who are off having exciting lives in medical school, animation projects, fishing in Alaska and selling in Texas! It's not as much fun without you- and we miss you all!!!!! Come home soon! |

| Yes- there is a very good chance that we have lost our minds. Sophie has a new pet!!! But hey, when you are the last kid and everyone has the nerve to get married or move out- what can you do?! This is LADY (reference the movie "Lady and the Tramp...") She is a King Charles Spaniel and the cutest most loving thing! |

| Sophie went to Young Women's camp in the Uintah's. She had a crazy good time! Mike and Judi came up on Thursday so Mike could speak to the girls. When we got there Sophie was on a very earnest "Snipe" hunt. Mike warned her that if she grabbed them around the waist they may bite her, but if she could lasso them by the tail she could maybe bring one home..... |

| Mike, Ashley and Haven came for a week! Haven was every conceivable "princess" or disney cartoon character. She and Sophie are bestest buds.... |

| Katie came to town for a dance workshop, and after a week got her knee operated on by Mike's partner. She was laid up and unable to walk... She adopted her first child "Lucy" (King Charles Spaniel) and we all fell in love. She was missing Sam so much (he's workin' hard in Texas all summer) so the day before she was to fly home he surprised her by showing up at breakfast! She was completely surprised and ecstatic!!!!They spent the day driving up in the mountains in the jeep and just being together. They are back in Texas now and we miss them more than ever. You're a trooper Katie! Get well soon!!!! |
